ASSISTANCE NEEDED NOW:
DAMAGE ASSESSMENT and HAM RADIO OPERATORS
Red Cross is asking for help with Damage Assessment in areas such as
Arlington, Granite Falls, Snohomish and Monroe. They have trained
teams that you would join and they will provide Just In Time Training
and Supervision for anyone who is able to help. HAM Radio operators
are particularly encouraged to help with this assignment although all
are needed.

If you can help, please respond immediately to
everetteoc@ci.everett.wa.us and we will provide further information.
The request is for people to help IMMEDIATELY and also over the next
few days.

STANDBY ASSISTANCE REQUEST
CALL CENTER HELP
Snohomish County Department of Emergency Management is operating a
Call Center and taking information from responders and citizens. At
the present, they have volunteers staffing this important function but
may need more. If they need our help, they will provide training for
you when you check in. THEY ARE NOT ASKING FOR OUR HELP YET… this is
Stand By Notice only. If you would be available for short to long
shifts over the next few days, please email
everetteoc@ci.everett.wa.us

The rain has stopped for now but the risk of flooding, road closures
and particularly landslides will continue for some time yet. Please
make sure you and your family are prepared then report in to
everetteoc@ci.everett.wa.us with your availability.

Thank you. If you have questions, please call Mary Schoenfeldt at
425-257-7965.
